The freedom fighters for independence who not only loved their country but also had deep love for their lovers is main gist of Akshar Films PVT LTD’s ‘Neelkanth Master’ produced by Meghmala Balbhim Pathare. It’s a story of a youth obsessed with freedom from his county but also loves his lady love with great passion and an inkling of a romance is rekindled in the youth. This very different romantic drama is directed by Gajendra Ahire.

After understanding the scenario of the film, the new sensational music composers ajay Atul have scored the popular music of the film according to the era the films has been set in. The lyrics of the film are penned by Gajendra Ahire himself and many celebrated artistes from Hindi and Marathi film industry have worked on the film. There are five songs in the film. One of them is Vande Mataram… has been sung by eighteen singers and also there is a romantic ballad Aadhir Maan Jhale which speaks for the longing for his beloved by the ardent lover and this song has been taken to new heights by the velvet voiced singer Shreya Ghoshal.

An ardent plea to her freedom fighter obsessed lover boy by his lover is the song sung by famed Hindi film singer Javed Ali and Shreya Ghoshal, you can enjoy the sweet voiced singer’s duet. Kaunse Desh Chala song signifies the struggle of a freedom fighter sung by Ajay Gogavale and Shreya Ghoshal. And not only the music, but even the background music score is impressive and touches you. Anandi Joshi and Aditya Modak have hummed a few lines in the background score.

The film star cast includes Vikram Gokhale, Kishor Kadam, Adinath Kothare, Omkar Govardhan, Neha Mahajan, Pooja Sawant, Pradip Velankar, Amita Kopkar, Rahul Solapurkar, Mangesh Desai… Krishna Soren has done the cinematography of the film and it is edited by Ballu Saluja. Director Gajendra Ahire’s ‘Nilkanth Master’ releasing on 7th August all over Maharashtra.
