Nana Patekar & his Tribal Journey for the Movie

As we all know that the Veteran actor Nana Patekar is narrating a role of Dr. Prakash Amte in his upcoming movie ‘Dr. Prakash Baba Amte – The Real Hero’ opposite Sonali Kulkarni. However the entire shooting of this project was shot at tribal’s in Hemalkasa village, Gadchiroli as the producer & director of the movie Samruddhi Porey wanted it be more realistic.

However, Nana had a memorable time shooting in tribals. Nana shared his unique experience with tribal people by saying, it was a task in itself as they do not know what acting or even a camera is. The cast and the crew had to mold themselves according to the tribal people’s convenience and then start the shoot. They were in the village for 60-65 days in chilly weather and took some time to get familiar with it but the tribal’s were absolutely comfortable with the conditions there.

Adding more to it Nana said he felt lucky to have got the opportunity to play Dr. Prakash’s role in this biopic titled movie. So guys do watch ‘Dr. Prakash Baba Amte- The Real Hero’ in theatres tomorrow onwards.
